and automatically managing the routing, tracking and approval of forms.
Dreamzflow helps the organization to communicate with internal and external
organizations through real time electronic forms.

1. Customizable Forms - dForm:
dForm Administrator can create any new form by combining the necessary
Text/Data/Data-grid and approval/routing roles into the form configuration.
There is no limit on the number of forms.
2. Approval Workflow:
The generated dForm will be passed through a serious of approval levels
depending on business requirements.
3. Form Security & Authenticity:
All the forms will be digitally signed by the initiator and subsequently
by any other users who modified the form. Any discrepancy will be detected
by the system and reported to the central security Administrator.
4. File Attachments:
Dreamzflow has the ability to accept external files as attachments. The
dForm together with its attachments will form a complete document for
circulation within the organization.
5. Confidentiality:
When the work flow is complete, the d-Forms with confidential information
can be viewed only by authorized department/individuals. Further all confidential
data is stored in encrypted form.
6. Reminders & Notification:
System allows both scheduled and event driven reminders and notifications.
A central events and message logs is maintained in the system.
7. Interface to other systems:
DreamzFlow system has the capability to interface with the other existing
systems like SAP etc.
