and tiles distributors, wholesalers, fabricators and importers to run
their Distribution or Fabrication business more efficiently and profitably.
Our integrated software system provides all the features required to
manage your stone and tile business and is packaged as a single software
product. The system is operable from desktops, laptops, Tablet PCs or
hand held PDA devices. Features such as color coded screens, online help
and custom views harness STMS's power in an easy-to-use format.
STMS is an "internet based application". This means you no
longer have to rely on an expensive, unreliable, or unsecured network
server in your office. And YOU don't need to install those costly hardware
updates and upgrades. However if you have the infrastructure to support
it the system may be installed on an onsite Network Server

SYSTEM FEATURES
We all know that control of your Stone Business ultimately comes down
to how well you manage your inventory - accurate inventory lookup, efficient
customer holds processing and timely Billing and Accounts Receivable.
Consignment Locations
STMS allows you to transfer materials to any consignment locations/customers
you may have. Consignment locations are locations where the physical premises
belong to a customer or partner in business but the inventory stored at
that location belongs to your company. STMS allows all consignment locations
to be a customer before they are changed to a consignment location. Sales
at consignment locations are tracked such as the instances when the consignment
customers use the materials for their jobs.
Supplier Price List Comparison
STMS allows you to store individual price lists of all suppliers in the
system. On the supplier screen the list of all materials that supplier
supplies is stored along with the terms and any other specific comments
on the material quality made by the supplier. These prices and terms are
also linked to the material screens. On the material screen you can compare
the prices and terms of ALL suppliers for that material

Inventory lookup by location
One of the most POWERFUL features of STMS is that, REAL TIME; you can
look up the inventory at all your company's locations including the consignment
customer locations. Any sales or holds on individual materials are updated
real-time on the "common" server. Inventory can NOT be sold
twice. This real-time inventory lookup permits sales people at a one location
to look up and sell materials located at another facility.
Search Inventory by Sizes, by Lot, by Bundle, by other
names
The advanced search feature in the inventory lookup module allows your
employees to search for materials based on multiple criteria. For example,
a search could easily be made for a customer who requested at least 8
slabs each with a length no less than 110 inches and width no less than
60 inches.
Entry of Slab sizes in multiple dimensions (cm or
meters or feet)
With STMS you can enter dimensions in various units. Often in the stone
business all the materials are purchased from countries where the sizes
are sent in centimeters (cm). Since the materials are sold in square feet
(sq ft.) in the USA/Canada, the system allows you to enter the dimensions
in cm but displays the material dimensions automatically in inches and
the area in sq. ft..
Easy entry of Materials into purchase order
STMS allows you very easy material data entry of each purchase into the
system. Data on each individual slabs need not be entered separately.
Data on multiple slabs with similar dimensions can be entered in a few
clicks.
Supplier Allowance Calculation
The difference between area calculated using the actual dimensions and
area calculated using supplier dimensions is automatically shown as the
supplier allowance in each purchase.
This feature allows you to track the allowance each supplier gives you
for each purchase. A cumulative report can be generated for each supplier
over a specified period. Furthermore this feature can catch suppliers
that overcharge you when "billed" slab dimensions are less than
the actual dimensions.
Catch the thief
STMS has reports that alert you to any irregularities in dimensions of
materials that were caused by employees. The Slab Dimensions Variation
report highlights all slabs that were sold for dimensions less than purchase
dimensions. The Customer Discounts report lists all discounts given by
sales personnel to each of the customers. Any unreasonable discounts to
customers can be easily identified.
Hold Materials for Customers
Another powerful feature, on the Customer Relationship Management Side
of STMS, is the unique Hold Materials Tracking.
Customer Sales History Lookup
At the click of a button you can find out all kinds of sales information
about a customer, purchase history for the last 6 months, purchase quantity,
material list etc. Lock customers from further sales when they owe you
too much. You can lock customers. This prevents your sales team from directly
selling to the customer when the customer's receivables are beyond their
credit limit. Stipulation can be made for COD payment at time of sale.
Enterprise Reporting
Virtually unlimited reporting depth and detail are only a few mouse clicks
away with the STMS Reporting system, a powerful Client/Server based report
builder and analysis tool.
The quick export feature permits immediate data export into an excel spreadsheet.

| EXPORTING DATA |
Stone/Tile Management Systems exports data from
all lists in EXCEL format. To open the exported reports
you need Microsoft Excel running at the client to open

Enterprise Manager. All STMS managed systems should be
installed with MS SQL Enterprise Manager. |

tool that is compatible with SQL server is compatible
